Geriatrics Fellowship Program Requirements

Your application to the UC San Diego Division of Geriatrics Fellowship Program must include the following.

  • CV
  • Personal Statement
  • Program Director’s Letter and two letters of recommendation
  • Deans Letter
  • Medical School Transcripts
  • USMLE Transcripts and ECFMG Status Report (Foreign Medical Graduates)
  • Valid California Medical License
